Terms & Conditions:

1. Rates are per room, quoted in Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% Government VAT.
2. Maximum 1 extra bed in double bed room or 1 extra bed in one single + one double bed bed room.
3. (surcharge of 500 Baht per night will apply per extra bed, and inclusive of extra sheets, and towels).
4. No surcharge for children (under 5 years) sharing existing bedding with parent's). Maximum 1 child per room.
5. Third and Fourth occupants charge 200 Baht per person per night. No extra sheets, and towels).
6. In peak season are minimum booking or stay 7 nights if no other agreement. If leaving before we charge our standard rate for the room and additional 3 nights booking fee or up to the 7'th night.
7. Check in and out time is 12.00 o'clock.
8. Important! Please confirm your booking minimum 7 days before arrival to avoid overbooking and please inform if any change in your arrival plans.
9. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Please note Your credit card will not be charged at this time for this booking. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel upon check in or during stay.
